If I see a transaction I don’t recognize on my Kikoff Credit+ Cash Card, how do I dispute it?

Please contact 866-331-1256 to initiate a dispute for transactions you didn’t authorize or recognize. This number is available 7 days a week from 6am to 6pm Pacific Standard Time.

NOTE: This number will only provide support for your secured card and deposit needs.

For all other account inquiries not related to your card such as the Kikoff Credit Account, Kikoff Credit Builder Loan, and general questions, please continue to contact us here at support@kikoff.com, and our team will get back to you.
