Does Kikoff provide phone support?

Kikoff does not have inbound phone support for its flagship product, the Kikoff Credit Account, or the optional add-on product, Credit Builder Savings Loan. If you need support for either of these accounts or just general questions, please contact us through your app or you can email us at support@kikoff.com and our team will get back to you.


If you are an account holder of our Kikoff Credit + Cash (Secured Card) we do have a phone number available for support on any questions or transactional inquiries regarding your card, please contact 866-331-1256. This number is available 7 days a week from 6am to 6pm Pacific Standard Time.  


NOTE:  This number will only provide support for your secured card and deposit needs.
