I can’t login, what should I do?

If you cannot login to your Kikoff account, please double check the following:

1. You are using the correct email address. 

2. Try resetting your password.

  • Forgetting a password can happen to the best of us. Don’t worry, you can reset your password easily by going to kikoff.com/login and clicking on 'Forgot Password'. From there, you can choose to reset your password by phone or email.

If you have forgotten your email or the forgot password link is not working for you, our team is happy to help you get back into your Kikoff account. Please email support@kikoff.com with your full name, account number (if you have it) and a screenshot of the login error you are seeing. We will get back to you within two business days.
