1. You are using the correct email address and you’ve verified it. 

  • Kikoff sends an email verification to your inbox with the subject line, 'Just one click to confirm your Kikoff email'. 
  • Please check your spam folder and trash just in case you missed it.


2. Try resetting your password.

  • Forgetting a password can happen to the best of us. Don’t worry, you can reset your password easily by going to kikoff.com/login and clicking on 'Forgot Password'. From there, you can choose to reset your password by phone or email.
